<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />June 30 <br /> <br />, 1976 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on <br />5:00 <br />at o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />June 30 <br /> <br />, 1976 <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Deroos, <br />Councilmen Curley, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel <br />The city Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for a portion of Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-l7 <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works <br />Director as directed by the Council on June 28, 1976, and <br /> <br />reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office <br /> <br />and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />then introduced the fOllowing <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6396 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />FOR A PORTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-w-p-74-l7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P- <br />74-17 now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed <br />to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to con- <br />sider the proposed assessment on July 26, 1976, at the City <br />Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and <br />place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, <br />the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the <br />improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />
