<br />'\ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />June 30 <br /> <br />, 1976 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on June ~, 1976, at 5:00 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Cotmcilmen <br />Curley, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. W-75-l6 pJ.~p~red by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by <br />the Council on June 28, 1976, and reported that the assessment <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection " <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6399 <br /> <br />RESOLt1l'ION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-75-l6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. W-75-l6 now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and <br />mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed <br />assessment on July 26, 1976, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment <br />roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or oral <br />objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.
