<br />Extract of llinutes of Ueeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, I1innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minn- <br />esota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on ilonday, <br />the 12th day of July: 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />7he following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Counci1m~n Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel and the fol- <br />lowing were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTffiON NO. 6402 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IrlPROVEr.lENT NO. P-SS-~'J-76-15 <br /> <br />~mEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Rosevil1e, in the area bounded by Arthur <br /> <br />Street on the west; 250 feet west of Fairview on the east; <br /> <br />950 feet south of County Road D on the south; and 650 feet <br /> <br />south of County Road D on the north, also known as Hedlund <br /> <br />Southview Addition in the City of Rosevil1e requesting that <br /> <br />the Council install sanitary sewer, \Vatermain, bituminous <br /> <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities <br /> <br />ann necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />July 7, 1976, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
