<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 77-0 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the city of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Fairview Junior High <br />School, 1910 West County Road B, in said city, on the lOth <br />day of August, 1976 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public <br />hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, on proposed Street Improvement No. 77-0, generally <br />on all streets within the City by the installation of <br />concrete curb and gutter, permanent asphaltic concrete, <br />paving, base preparation street widening and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$20,500,000. The areas proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement shall be all benefited property abutting each <br />street with the City except on the following streets: <br /> <br />Rambler Court; Farrington from Maple Land to <br />Owasso Blvd. So.; Millwood from Farrington to <br />western; Woodhill from Kent to western; Iona Circle; <br />Irene Circle; Kent from Iona to Woodhill; MacKubin <br />from Iona to County Road C; Terrace Drive from <br />County Road C to Dale; st.
