<br />Ext:r.:2.(~'l: of Uinutes of Heeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held~ July 19, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in special session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1976, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'.rne following members were present; r~ayor Demos, Council- <br />men Hess, Anderson, and Grauel; and the following were absent: <br />Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No, 6405 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVl1:>:G HEPORT l\ND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING OJ,:[ IHP110VElIENrr NO. 77-A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows~ <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted June 28, 1976, tne Council nas <br />directed tne City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally <br />in the area known as District 1, bounded by County Road 0 on tne <br />north, County Road B-2 on the south, Dale Street on the west <br />and Rice Street on the east by tne construction of storm sewer <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Dir- <br />ector was also directed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. Tne preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted and considered by tne Council and are here- <br />by approved and directed to be placed on file in tne office of <br />the City lJlanager. The improvement proposed to be made in the <br />general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- <br />ment 1'10. 77-A. <br />
