<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON STORM SEWER IMPROV&~ENT NO. 77-A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Fairview Junior High <br />School, 1910 west County Road B, in said city, on the lOth <br />day of August, 1976 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public <br />hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. 77-A <br />generally in the area known as District 1, bounded by <br />County Road D on the North, County Road B-2 on the south, <br />Dale street on the west and Rice street on the East, more <br />specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the NE corner of Section 1, <br />T 29, R 23, Thence S along the centerline <br />of Rice to the SE corner of the NE 1/4 <br />Sec 12, T 29, R 23. Thence W along the <br />centerline of County Rd. B2 to a point <br />326.65 feet W of the SE corner of NW 1/4 <br />Section 12, T 29, R 23; Thence S 263 <br />feet thence W 326.62 feet thence N 43 <br />feet thence W to the W line of NE 1/4 <br />of SW 1/4 of Section 12, T 29, R 23; <br />Thence N along the W line of the E 3/4 of <br />Sec. 12, 'I' 29, R 23 to a point at the NW <br />corner of the E 3/4 of Sec 12 said point <br />also being the SW corner of the E 3/4 of <br />Sec 1 T 29 R 23. Thence continuing N <br />along the W line of said E 3/4 of Sec 1, <br />T 29, R 23 to the NW corner of the E 3/4 <br />of Sec 1 T 29, R 23, said point being on <br />the N city limits line; Thence E along <br />the N line of Sec 1 T 29 R 23 to the <br />point of beginning there terminating. <br /> <br />by the construction of storm sewer facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$265,000. The areas proposed to be assessed for the Improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />1. Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 15, <br />Block 1, Green Meadow Addition, thence S <br />to the SW Corner of Lot 15, Block 1, <br />Green Meadow Addition, thence E to the <br />SE Corner of Lot 15, Block 1, Green <br />Meadow Addition, thence S to the SW <br />
