<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held: August 9, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br />of August, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing me."llbers were present ~ Hayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Grauel, Curley, Anderson and Hess; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: Hone. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the public assessment hearing held <br /> <br />on July 26, 1976, Councilman Grauel then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6409 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRlUNG <br />ASSE03S21ENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-l2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />rUnnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially as- <br />sessed at this time for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-l2 <br />, against every assessable lot, piece or parcel <br />of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the <br />basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accor- <br />dance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />as amended, and notice has been duly mailed and published, as <br />required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider <br />and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assess- <br />ment has at all times since its filing been open for public <br />inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all interested <br />persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed <br />assessments. <br />
