<br />Extract o~ Minutes of Meeting of <br />city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held August 9, 1976 <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held in the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 9th day <br />of August, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Grauel, Curley, Anderson and Hess: and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on July <br />26, 1976, Councilman Grauel then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6410 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMEtmING ASSESSl-1.ENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT l~O.
