<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Held - August 9, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br />Monday, August 9, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />COtIDcilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6413 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its June 14, 1976, meeting <br />adopted Resolution No. 6383 which contained a typographical error <br />in paragraph 1. (e) . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />Paragraph l.(e) All corner and multiple frontage parcels <br />in non-tax exempt R-l and R-2 classifications to be <br />considered to have no assessable footage on the side or <br />second frontage unless such parcels could be split or <br />subdivided. For all other corner and multiple frontage <br />parcels the side or second frontage assessment relief <br />shall not exceed ISO feet." <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
