<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILtE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in <br />said city on Monday, the Thirteenth day of September, 1976, at 7:30 0'c10ck <br /> <br />p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel, <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Councilmen Hess, <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6416 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMFNT ON <br />~. LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2, OF WHITE OAK HILLS NUMBER 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there was a need for stonn water ponding at the time White <br /> <br />Oak Hi 11 s Number 2 <br /> <br />was considered and.a storm drainage easement was <br /> <br />dedicated as a part of the plat; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a street and storm system has since been installed diverting <br /> <br />some of the runoff that formerly drained to the pond, reducing the area <br /> <br />required for such a pond. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all but the southerly fi fty feet <br /> <br />of the existing storm drainage easements on Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, White <br />Oak Hill s Number 2, be vacated. <br />
