City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of <br />september, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Coun- <br />cilmen curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel: and the following were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />councilman Hess introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION NO. 6421 <br />RESOLUTION DECLART.:i'TG ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARA'l':a:Ol'l OF REPORT ON <br />IN1?ROVEME1~ NO. 55-76-18 <br /> <br />WEEREAS, a certain petition r.equesting an unprovement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville in the south\~ezt COl:ner of Old Highway 8 <br />and county Road D by the cons'cr:uction of sanitary sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on Septerrber 1'0, <br />1976 , is hereby declared to be signed by the required per- <br />centage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFON.E, BE: IT RESOLVED EY 'rUE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all ccnvenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether tile proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
