<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof~ a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County~ Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the City l1all at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, ~linnesota, on <br /> <br />i1onday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of September <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />ole 1 oc k P .tv'. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />t~ember Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6422 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONr,JENT OF ASSESSj'lENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br />
