<br />EXTRACT OF r.lINUTES OF r~EETING OF THE CITY COUi~C IL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, NINNESOTA - SEPI'EMBER 20, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on M:)nday, September 20, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />t1ember <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6423 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDH~G BID FOR PROJECT ST-75-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in <br />the office of the ~1anager of said City, said bids were received on September <br />10, 1976, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Victor Carlson & Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />$ 7,997.00 <br />11,522.38 <br />13,872.00 <br /> <br />F. ~1oretti ni Constructi on Company <br />J & T Contracting <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that F. t'1oretti ni Construction Company of <br />St. Paul, i1innesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price <br /> <br />of $7,997.00. <br />
