<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose- <br />ville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br />Hall in said City on the 27th day of September, 1976, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor DeIOOs, <br />COlnlcilnen Curley, Grauel and Hess <br />and the following members were absent: COlnlcilman Anderson <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following reso- <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6424 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC <br />STREET AND VACATING UTILITY AND DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENTS OVER CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to de- <br />termine whether or not a certain street in the City of <br />Roseville, together with utility and drainage easements <br />over certain property should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes <br />in the use of the surrounding land, it would be bene- <br />ficial and in the public interest to vacate said street, <br />together with said easements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby: <br /> <br />1. Vacates the public street over the property <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of Arthur Street as dedicated <br />in Hall Edgewater Estates located south of <br />the North property line extended west of <br />Lot 2, Block 1, said plat. <br /> <br />2. Vacates all utility and utility and drain- <br />age easements dedicated over Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, <br />Hall Edgewater Estates. <br />
