<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE CIIT COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD September 27, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City COlUlcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on ~~nday~ the <br />27th day of September, 1976, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Anderson,Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution <br />and roved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO LEVY <br />TAXES ON REAL ESTATE FOR MONIES FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR 1977 <br /> <br />6426 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Comcil of the Ci ty of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The County Auditor of Ramsey County, State of Minnesota~ shall <br />levy taxes against real estage and personal property for monies to be <br />collected during the fiscal year 1977, for the purpose of operating the <br />Ci ty of Rosevi11e, State of Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />Funds <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />General <br />Recreation <br />Permanen t Improvements <br />Contingency <br />Equipment Revolving <br /> <br />$1,022,115 <br />270,398 <br />90,000 <br />90,000 <br />52,092 <br /> <br />$1,524,605 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
