EXTRAcr OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF lHE CITI CaJNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD September 27, 1976 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City COlmcil of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on MOnday, the 27th day of September, 1976, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6427 RESOLUTION DIREcrING THE COUNIY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVIMENT BONDS, GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, AND CITI HALL BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $22,700 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the. transfer of $22,700 from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $100,000 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated and in the transfer of revenues received from the Water Operating Fund; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $65,000 in the Sanitary Sewer Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated and in the transfer of revenues received from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $150,000 in General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated, and balances from completed construction funds; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $28,748 in the City Hall Debt Retirement Fund resulting from a tax levy to pay the current principal and interest due. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, THAT:
