<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVIllE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - September 27, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due ca 11 and noti ce thereof a regul ar meeti ng <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br />the City Hall in said City on the 27th day of September, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />adopti on: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6428 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Roseville, Section 71.070 <br />and 66.340 provides that the City may certify to the County Auditor the <br />amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax <br />levy on said premises the ensuing year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVIllE, MINNESOTA, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhi bit II A II attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br />reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the City <br />limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service <br />of the City of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water <br />charges as shown on the attached Exhibit II A II. <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey <br />County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amount set <br />forth in Exhibit II A II for taxes due and payable in 1977. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Hess upon a vote bei ng taken thereon, the fo 11 owi ng <br />voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />
