<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON OCTOBER 18 1976. <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 18th day of October ,1976, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6430 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as <br />required by law, the Council has met and heard and <br />passed upon objections to the proposed assessment <br />for costs incurred by the City in the removal of a <br />hazardous condition at Lot 4, Block 1, Fairview Heights <br />Addition, Roseville, Minnesota (1732 West Lydia, Rose- <br />ville, Minnesota) pursuant to Minnesota Statute 463.151. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessment, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby accepted and shall constitute a <br />special assessment against the property named <br />therein. <br /> <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal <br />annual installments extending over a period of <br />five (5) years, the first of the installments <br />to be payable on or before the first Monday <br />in January, 1977 and shall bear interest at <br />the rate of 8% per annum from the date of the <br />
