EXTRACT OF l\1INUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD: June 12, 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at City Hall in said City on the 12th day of June, 1995 at 5 :00 p.m. for the purpose, in part, of approving the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 16 and approving the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto: The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: none. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9193 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 16 AND APPROVING THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: Section 1. Recitals 1.01. It has been proposed that the City establish Tax Increment Financing District No. 16, and approve and adopt a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, as amended, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended. 1.02. The Council has investigated the facts and has caused to be prepared a proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 16. 1.03. The City has performed all actions required by law to be performed prior to the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 16, and the adoption of the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, including, but not limited tö, notification of Ramsey County, Independent School District No. 621, Independent School District No. 623 and Special Intermediate School District No. 916, and the holding of a public hearing upon published and mailed notice as required by law. 1
