The City Manager shal:_ prepare and cause to be in- <br />serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement P-SS-W-76-16 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />state that the bids will be received by the city Manager and <br />Public Works Director until 11:00 o.clock a. m. on November 9, <br />1976, at which time "they will be publicly opened in the city <br />Hall by the City Manager and City Public Works Director, will <br />then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at <br />7:30 o.clock p. m. on November 15, 1976 in the Council Chambers <br />and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All~ and the following <br /> <br />voted against: Nonej whereupon said resolution was declared <br /> <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
