NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 4, 1976, at the City Hall to consider the following request: Allied Stores request for preliminary plat "LaBelle's Addition", rezoning from I-I and B-1 to B-1 and B-I-B, special use permit and variances to sign size and parking requirement at 1750 West T.H. 36.
