<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at 7:30 p.m., <br />Monday, August 23, 1976, at the City Hall to consider the following <br />request: <br /> <br />Allied Stores request for preliminary plat <br />"LaBelle's Addition", rezoning from I-I <br />and B-1 to B-1 and B-l-B, special use permit <br />and variances to sign size and parking requirement <br />at 1750 West T. H. 36. <br /> <br />Lot 1 - Franks Nursery <br />Lot 2 - LaBelle's Store <br />Lot 3 - Use not determined <br />Lot 4 - Learning Tree Day Care Center <br /> <br />The variances would permit the construction of a 120 sq. ft. pylon <br />sign and 409 parking stalls on the LaBelle's property.
