<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF REGULAR MEETING OF TIm CITY COUNCIL <br />OF TIm CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />November 8, 1976 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 8th <br />day of November, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6434 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County <br />by resolution dated October 4, 1976, Classified as non-conservation <br />land, certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted <br />for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified <br />in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1; <br /> <br />NOW, TImREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the class ifica tion of the <br />land shown on said list as non-conservation land and the s.ale <br />thereof be and hereby is approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and hereby <br />is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the <br />Office of the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
