<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 15th <br /> <br />day of November, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />CUrley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6435 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-76-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on November 9, 1976, at 11:00 o'clock a. m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the follu\'ling bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />
