<br />EXTRACT OF mNUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 13, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minne- <br />sota, on the Thirteenth day of December, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />CounciJ.nen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its'adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6437 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE'S REQUEST <br />FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Rosevi lle may deem it <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the r.1innesota Highway <br />Department. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, <br />the Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of <br />Roseville is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Highways, needed engineering and technical services <br />duri ng the year 1977 for whi ch payment wi 11 be made by the muni ci pa 1 i ty <br />upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Manager are author- <br />ized to sign the 1977 Technical and Engineering Assistance Agreement for <br />and in behalf of the City of Roseville. <br />
