<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city council <br />city of Roseville <br />R<1ffisey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of December, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel~ and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6439 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-76-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Shryer Avenue between Lexington and <br /> <br />Oxford by the installation of bituminous street, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, sewer services and water services and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on November 30, 1976, 1S <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br />
