<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 13th day of <br /> <br />December, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6440 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-76-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />city of Roseville in the area generally bounded on the west by <br /> <br />victoria, on the north by County Road D, and bounded on the east <br /> <br />and south by Lake Owasso Boulevard West, by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities, <br /> <br />watermain, sanitary sewer mains and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on December 1, 1976, is hereby declared to be <br /> <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
