<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 20 , 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the <br />Ci ty Hall in said City on the 20th day of recember <br />1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. ---- <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, <br />Councilmen Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6443 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement between the City of <br />Roseville and Zimmerman Realty, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby approved; and the Mayor and Manager of the <br />City of Roseville are hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement on behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foreoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Hess , <br />and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
