<br />EXTRAcr OF MINU'IES OF REGULAR MEErING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILlE, MINNESOI'A - HFLD <br /> <br />JANUARY 10, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />lOth day of January, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following rrembers were present: .Mayor Derros, <br />CounciJ.m:m Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />M:m1ber Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUI'ION NO. 6448 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the RJseville City Council at its regular <br />rreeting approved Sam Cave' s request far pre1.i.minary plat at <br />about 193 Minnesota Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official <br />newspaper, a public hearing was cond:tx:ted on Sam Cave's request <br />for final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota state Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Sam Cave's request for <br />final plat "Cave's Terrace" at 193 M:i.nnesota Avenue is approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adopt.i.a1 of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by ~ Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against sam:: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
