<br />EJcr.'RACI' OF MINUTES OF REGIJLAR MEID'ING OF <br />THE CITY COONCIL OF :ooBEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HELD <br />JANUARY 10, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Mirmesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the lOth day <br />of January, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!he following rrerrbers were present: Mayor r:ems, <br />CouncilIrEn Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the follOW'ing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution and <br />noved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOWl'ION NO. 6449 <br /> <br />RFSOLUI'ION DESIGNATING DIRECIOR AND ALTERNATE <br />DIRECIOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follCMS: <br /> <br />Janes F. Andre, City Manager is hereby designated as <br />a director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Steve North, <br />Assistant City Manager, is hereby deeignated to serve as alternate <br />director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1977 and until <br />their successors are appointed. <br /> <br />The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by ~r Anderson and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the follcwing voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOI'A ) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, hereby certify that the attached <br />
