<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JANUARY 10, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the tenth day of January, 1977 <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Derros, Councilm:!ll <br />Anderson, CUrley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />Reso 1 utiOfl No. 4 6450 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PETITIONING THe KINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE RAILWAY-HIGHWAY GRADE CROSSING AT <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE AND BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cleveland Avenue at the crossing of the Burlington <br />Northern railroad tracks, approximately 200 feet south of County Road C <br />is a Roseville municipal street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County proposes to improve County Road C and <br />Cleveland Avenue south of County Road C, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement will require replacement of the <br />existing electric highway-railway grade crossing signals and inter- <br />connection to the existing signals at County Road C and Cleveland Avenue; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville <br />hereby petitions the ~linnesota Department of Transportation for the <br />improvement of the railway-highway grade crossing at Cleveland Avenue <br />and the Burlington Northern railroad. <br />
