EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of June, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONS NO. 9195 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CITY PROJECT M-95-03 FAmVIEW AVENUE WATER TOWER REPAINTING Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on June 20, 1995, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: CONTRACTOR BASE BID + ALTERNATES 1 AND 2 Odland Protective Coatings T enyer TMI Ahbe and Svoboda $613,100 $661,080 $629,815 $1,024,898 WHEREAS, it appears that Odland Protective Coatings is the lowest responsible bidder at the base bid and alternates 1 and 2 in the amount of$613,100; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Odland Protective Coatings for $613,100 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed.
