<br />EXTRACI' OF MINU'IES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COONCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HElD JANUARY 17, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Cormcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 17, 1977, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following nembers were present: Mayor Dem:>s, Cormcilrren <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />M=rrber Hess intrcduced and rroved. the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOlllTION NO. 6453 <br /> <br />WHER.F.1IS, the lbseville City Council at its Octd>er 10, 1976 <br />rreeting approved Ed Cave & Sons request for prel.i.mina1:y plat "North <br />Bormdary Addition" at 723 Terrace Drive, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official <br />newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Ed Cave & Son's <br />request for final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED, that Ed Cave & Son's request <br />for final plat "North Bo\mda:I:y Mlition" at 723 Terrace Drive is <br />approved. <br /> <br />'Ihe rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by M3nber Grauel and. upon a vote being taken the follow- <br />ing voted in favor of the resolutioo: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.. <br />
