OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF roSEVIILE, MINNESarA - HEW <br /> <br />January 31, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular neeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 31st <br />day of January, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follcwing ne:rrbers were present: Mayor Demos, Councilnen <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the follcwing was absent: Councilman Hess <br /> <br />M=mber Grauel introduced the follcwing resolution and rroved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOIllTION NO. 6457 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its regular neeting <br />approved J's Restaurant request for preliminary plat at 2374 <br />County Road D, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was prt>lished in the official newspap:!r, <br />a public hearing was conducted an JIs IEstaurant request for final <br />plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes caJ.l for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that J's Restuarant request for <br />final plat "J's Addition" at 2374 County ~ D is approved. <br /> <br />The 1l'Otion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by mamber Anderson and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the follcwing voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the follcwing voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
