<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON , 1977. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said city on the 14th day of February , 1977, at <br />7:30 0 I clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, <br />CouncilIren CUrley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the follm"ing <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. <br /> <br />6459. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is instructed <br />to represent the interests of the City of Roseville, the <br />Roseville Police Civil Service Commission, the City <br />Manager, the Chief of Police, and individual members of <br />the Police Civil Service Commission in actions brought <br />against those persons and entities by Randall Atkinson <br />and Thomas Mullaney. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of <br />\.;as duly seconded by membE!r Hess <br />upon a vote being taken, the following <br />the resolution: All present <br /> <br />the foregoing Resolution <br />, and <br />voted in favor of <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same. None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
