<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 28th day <br />of February, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Derros, Councilmen <br /> <br />Anderson, Curley and Hess <br />and the following were absent: Councilroan Grauel <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLTJrION NO. 6460 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQ~CY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville generally in the area of Chatsworth <br />street extended south between Millwood Avenue and County Road <br /> <br />C-2 by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bitumi- <br />nous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on FebrlliUYl6, <br />]977 , is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />
