EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of June, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9196 A RESOLUTION V ACA TING A PORTION OF SOUTH OW ASSO BOULEVARD WESTERLY OF WESTERN A VENUE WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Rose vi lie should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of South Owasso Boulevard over the following described property: The South 33 feet of the Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4) Section 1, Township 29, Range 23 lying Westerly of Ow as so Boulevard South; together with the South 33 feet of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4) ; and the North 33 feet of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4) lying Westerly of the East 33 feet of said Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest on quarter (NW 1/4), all in said Section 1, excepting therefrom the existing rights-of-way for Owasso Boulevard South and Sandy Hook Drive lying Northwesterly of the Burlingtion Northern Railway right-of-way. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
