<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-76-l8 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville# Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, in said City, on the 4th day of April, 1977, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m.# to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-76-18 in the southwest corner of Old Highway 8 and County Road <br />D by the construction of sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- <br />nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$26,681.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All those lots platted as J's Addition and <br />all those lots located between Old Highway <br />8 and New Highway 8 lying south of County <br />Road D, parcel Numbers as follows: <br /> <br />79-00500-010-3l <br />79-00500-0l0-32 <br />79-00500-020-40 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 28, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James Fo Andre <br />City Manager <br />
