<br />NOTICE OF' HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEJ),1ENT NO. SS-1iil-P-76-22 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, in said City, on the 4th day of April, 1977, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-p-76-22 on Shryer Avenue between Lexington and Oxford by the <br />installation of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, sewer <br />services and water services and necessary appurtenances. The <br />foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspec- <br />tion in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$26,110.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Shryer Avenue <br />between Lexington Avenue and Oxford Street. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and <br />be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 28, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
