<br />EXTRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOI'A <br /> <br />HELD: February 28, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on M:mday, the 28th day of <br />February, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'The follCMing members were present: Mayor Derros, Counci1rren <br />CUrley, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and roved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOUJTION NO. 6463 <br /> <br />RESOIlJTICN APPROVING PlANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERI'ISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPRClVEMENI' <br />ST-77-A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on July '19, 1976, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br />and specifications for Irrprovenent ST-77-A am has presented such <br />plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CaJNCIL OF IDSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOI'A: <br /> <br />1. Such plans am specifications, copies of which are attached <br />hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. 'The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in <br />the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, <br />an advertisezrent for bids upon the making of such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisenent for Irnprovezrent ST-77-A shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids on the basis of a cash payrrent for such work, shall state <br />that the bids will be received by the City Manager an:l Public Works <br />Director until 11:00 A.M. on March 24, 1977, at which tine they will be <br />
