<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the city of <br />Rosevil1e, Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic center <br />Drive, in said city, on the 4th day of April, 1977, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-77-2 generally in the area of Chatsworth street extended <br />south between Millwood Avenue and County Road C-2 by the construc- <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- <br />nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$73,812.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting chatsworth Avenue <br />extended south between Millwood Avenue and <br />county Road C-2. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the city Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 14, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNC IL <br /> <br />James F.
