<br />Extract of ~linutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County; I1innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on rlonday, the 14th day of <br />March, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follm~ing members were present: Nayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel; and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and Moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6458 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITIO'N AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON INPROVErlE'NT NO. SS-N-P-ST-77-3 <br /> <br />vrnEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement to <br /> <br />have the City provide necessary street and utilities to allow <br /> <br />for the development of the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />and Josephine Road, plus other areas where storm drainage <br />facilities would be affected, filed with the Council on ~1arch 1, <br /> <br />1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br />of m~ners of property affected thereby pursuant to Ninnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NON; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rUNNESOTA ~ <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Norks <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council \1ith all convenient sneed, advisinq the Council in a <br />
