<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF OOSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A, HELD - MARCH 14, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Foseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 14th day of <br />March, 1977, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following merrbers were present: Mayor Demos, Councilrren <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CUrley <br /> <br />and the follCMing were absent: None. <br /> <br />M=rnber Hess introduced the following resolution and IIDved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOlUTION NO. 6469 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville finds that <br />it will be in the best interests of the City to enter into a joint <br />pavers agree.nent with the Metropolitan Waste Control Conrnission <br />relating to waste treatmant se:rvi.oes. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby <br />authorized to execute a joint pavers agree.nent with the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Ccmnission dealing with waste treatment services and <br />charges therefor. <br /> <br />The lIDtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Merrber Grauel am upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the follCMing voted against the sarce: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESarA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of <br />
