<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 10th day of July, 1995 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />9197 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING A PETITION <br />AND SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROJECT ST-87-12 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Coucil of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is accepting the petition from North Como <br />Presbyterian Church for assessing storm sewer connection costs and <br />has set the date for a supplemental special assessment hearing for <br />Project ST-87-12 on August 14, 1995. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br />
