<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, mNNESOTA, HELD r1/'IRCH 28, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, t1innesota, ~'/as held in the <br />City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday <br />the 28th day of March, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor DeIros, Councilrren <br /> <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />rlember Curley introduced the fo 11 owi ng reso 1 uti on and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Reso 1 uti on No. <br /> <br />6471 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOiJ REQUESTING RM~SEY COUNTY TO RECTIFY THE <br />UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION OF ROSELAHN AVENUE HI THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is concerned about the existing <br /> <br />condition of Roselawn ^venue adjacent to the City of Roseville, and <br />l'IHEREAS, said roadway is under the jurisdiction of Ramsey <br /> <br />County. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Rosevill e, t1i nnesota, hereby requests the Board of Commi ssioners <br /> <br />of the County of Ramsey to initiate action to rectify the unacceptable <br /> <br />condition of Roselavm Avenue, as it abuts the City of Roseville. <br />
