EXTRACT OF ~UNUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 28 , 1977. * * * * * Pursuant to due call and meeting of the City Council of Minnesota, was duly called and said City on the 28th day of 7:30 o'clock p.m. notice thereof, a regular the City of Roseville, held at the City Hall in March , 1977, at The following members were present: Mayor ~s, Council1ren Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley and the following members were absent: None Member Hess introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6472 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 6383 adopted a street and storm sewer assessment policy estab- lishing a uniform rate system for assessments, and WHEREAS, said assessment policy was adopted to implement the construction of a City-wide permanent street system, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that rather than a City-wide program of construction of a permanent street system, it will instead implement a limited program of construction of permanent streets on an area by area and street by street basis, and WHEREAS, in order to implement such a limited program, it is necessary to modify the previously established street and storm sewer assessment policies to establish a clear and consistent rate system compatible with the anticipated program of construction. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1.
