HONCHELL: ~Hght. <br /> <br />councilman Grauel then introouced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 64j3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION Ol"())EIUNG THE CONSTHUCTION 02 <br />IMPROVEr1ENT NO. 53-76-18 ALTERNATE III <br />UNDER AND PU~'::;:UANT TO .:lINNF:~O'rA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 4,":'9 <br /> <br />BE IT HESOLVE}) by the Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordanre with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the pro~osed construction of Improvement No. <br />88-76-18 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances in the southwest corner of Old Highway 8 <br />and County Road D as described in the Notice of Hearing at a <br />cost presently estimated at $26.681.00, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report 2S to the feasibility <br />thereof which is now on file in the ofiice of the City Manager, <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and being <br />fully advised in the premises. the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed there- <br />for shall include the property as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing.
