<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 11, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 11th day of April, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present:Mayor ~s, <br />Council.rren Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following members were absent: N <br />one <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6476 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to de- <br />termine whether or not a certain street in the City of <br />Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of the changes <br />in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial <br />to the public interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville here- <br />by vacates the public street over the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />All that part lying East of McCarrons <br />Lake and West of a line commencing at <br />the Northeast Corner of Lot Twenty (20), <br />Shady Beach Addition, as platted; thence <br />North Ninety degrees (900) to the North <br />line of said Lot Twenty (20) to a point <br />Thirty feet (30') North of the South line <br />of Lot Thirty-two (32), Thorton Subdivision <br />of Northeast Quarter, as platted and there <br />terminating, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The City excepts from said vacation and reserves <br />to itself a perpetual easement for underground utilities <br />including sanitary sewer and water mains together with <br />
