EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON April 11 ,1977. * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose- ville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City oih the 11th day of April , 1977, at o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Den:os, CounciJ..nen Hess, Anderson, CUrley and Grauel and the following members were absent: None Member CUrley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6477 WHEREAS, the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 4021, intends to finance the purchase of a building at 2555 North Snelling, Roseville, Minnesota, with the profits from Bingo receipts; and WHEREAS, the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 4021 have applied to the City for authorization of the expenditure of Bingo profits for the purchase of real property pursuant to Minn. Stat. S349.12, Subd. 6. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE MINNESOTA: That the City Council of the City of Roseville finds that the property located at 2555 North Snelling, Roseville, Minnesota, to be purchased by the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 4021, will be used exclusively for one or more of the lawful purposes set forth in Minn. Stat. S349.l2, Subd. 6, and the City Council here- by authorizes expenditure of Bingo profits for the pur- pose of financing the purchase of said building. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member H~~~ , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: NOne
