<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of July, 1995, at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the attached resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9198 <br /> <br />Resolution Relating to a Project Under the Municipal Industrial Development Act, <br />Giving the Project Preliminary Approval Subject to a Public Hearing <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V.
